IPC former Secretary General turns 80 today

IPC family wishes all the best to Mr. George Winn for his 80th birthday.

The IPC proudly remembers George’s service as Secretary General from 2008 to 2012 as it is thanks to him and to people like him that our Association has grown and will continue to grow.

With equal affection IPC wants to deeply congratulate with George and his wife on their recent 57th wedding anniversary.
