IPC in Uruguay with CUPRA

IPC in Uruguay for the 4th International Poultry Forum.

Today, Nicolò Cinotti, Secretary General of the International Poultry Council, is in Montevideo for the 4th International Poultry Forum, organised by the Cámara Uruguaya de Procesadores Avícolas (CUPRA).

Under the theme “El futuro de la avicultura en nuestras manos” – “The future of poultry farming is in our hands” – the Forum brings together poultry sector representatives, experts and public institutions to discuss the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of the industry.

Nicolò’s participation is part of a wider IPC visit to Uruguay, including meetings with CUPRA, the National Meat Institute (INAC), government representatives and poultry sector stakeholders, creating valuable opportunities to exchange perspectives on international trade, animal health and the role of poultry in resilient food systems.

IPC values these opportunities to strengthen dialogue with its members and partners across Latin America and to connect national poultry priorities with the global conversation.

Thank you to CUPRA and Federico Stanham Piñeyro for the invitation and for bringing the poultry community together in Montevideo.
