42 Organizations Now Support IPC’s Antimicrobial Use Stewardship Principles
We are proud to announce that 42 organizations across more than 150 countries now support IPC’s Antimicrobial Use Stewardship Principles, representing nearly 50% of global poultry meat production.
This includes 16 newly recognized supporters, joining the 26 previously announced. These organizations span the entire poultry value chain, from genetics to farms to processing to food service, demonstrating broad private-sector commitment to responsible antimicrobial use.
This milestone reinforces the important role of proactive, science-based stewardship in protecting animal health, ensuring food safety, and advancing One Health objectives.
