IPC President at World Poultry Congress
IPC President, Richard Griffiths, will participate in the 27th World’s Poultry Congress, taking place in Toronto from July 13–17, 2026.
Organized every four years by the World’s Poultry Science Association, the World’s Poultry Congress is one of the most important global gatherings for the poultry sector, bringing together scientists, industry leaders, policymakers, academics, and innovators from around the world.
This year’s Congress will focus on cutting-edge poultry science, innovation, sustainability, animal health, food security, and the future of poultry production. Critical topics for an industry that plays a vital role in feeding a growing global population.
IPC’s presence at WPC 2026 reflects our commitment to ensuring that the voice of the global poultry value chain is represented in key international discussions. IPC brings a unique global perspective on the opportunities and challenges facing our industry.
Through participation in forums like WPC 2026, IPC continues to foster dialogue and collaboration on key priorities including trade, sustainability, animal health and welfare, food safety, and resilience against global threats such as Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza.
We look forward to engaging with colleagues and partners in Toronto and contributing to meaningful discussions that will help shape the future of poultry worldwide.
