These numbers reflect more than growth. They represent stronger global coordination, deeper engagement with policymakers and international organizations, and a unified voice for a sector that produces over 75% of the world’s poultry meat and represents 90% of global poultry trade through its members.

As we marked 20 years of IPC, 2025 demonstrated continued momentum, expanding dialogue, and tangible progress across trade, animal health, and sustainability.
