Much bigger than many people think and IPC members are at its core.

On IPC website, https://lnkd.in/dfj-2V4w, we published interesting data about the poultry sector. We are glad to share with you today some of these insights:
🔹 73% of the world’s poultry meat is produced by IPC member countries
🔹 IPC members account for 86% of all poultry exports worldwide
🔹 The global poultry sector produce 130.5 million metric tons of meat worth $221 billion
🔹 Poultry production has grown 35% since 2010
🔹 The poultry sector contributes $388 billion to livestock economies in IPC member countries
🔹 Feed represents between 57–75% of total production costs globally
