IPC postpones Bordeaux meeting: Members' health and safety always come first

On behalf of the International Poultry Council Executive Committee, we regret to inform you that the IPC First Semester Meeting is officially postponed to 6-9 October 2020.

The COVID-19 epidemic is causing disruption across the world and France is directly impacted by the spread of the virus. A large number of events are being cancelled or postponed while businesses and public authorities are implementing preventive measures. Current and potential upcoming travel restrictions to and from several countries are also a significant issue.

As a result, the IPC Executive Committee decided to postpone the First Semester Meeting and hopes you will join them in Bordeaux, France, in October.

We apologize for any convenience caused by this announcement and hope to see you in Bordeaux in October. Our priority is to safeguard our members’ health and wellbeing and unfortunately, the uncertainty over the evolution of the COVID-19 epidemic prevents us from holding a safe event.

Please feel free to contact us at ipc@montrosecommunications.com for logistic information regarding the newly scheduled meeting and for any other questions you might have.

Many thanks for your patience and understanding.
